Oscar Polanko is a Dominican drug dealer in NYC and his direct competition are the Russians headed by Kostya. In the past he is known to have done business with Epifanio. Teresa gets in business with Oscar to prevent Kostya from becoming her only customer and from setting his own prices. later she engages the help of the Dominicans to take Kostya down, however Boaz stalls her plans.
Polanko is played by Elvis Nolasco.
